Athlete's Notes: | With Jon and Tyler at ASO Gym. Rotated at :30 on the work. This meant the first person off the burpees only worked 15-20 seconds before rotating to the next partner. This also meant each partner got a full round break every third minute. Pretty fun WOD! |
