Athlete's Notes: | Outside at ASO. COVID round 2. Subbed chest to ring pull-ups. Burpees steady. FS 6, 9, 7/5, 8/1 (failed the 9th rep!), 6. CTR 6, then sets of 3-5. The front squats made this brutal. Used a belt. I did this 5 minutes faster in April with CTB pull ups. |
