Athlete's Notes: | My partner was Todd card. We had about 5:30 minutes on the clock. I did 4 rds of bench sets of 12-10 every. Tod did 135lbs 3 rds sets of 8-10. GHD-I touched a med ball for the first two rds. Last three just went parallel. |
