ex.- Posterior chain (3x12 deadlift, 3x20 squats, 5x10 lunges) plus any maintenance work that you do
Results: Did the 10 sets of 10 reps in the inclined/elevated (feet) position, using my back porch stairs to increase resistance in place of weight. lbs

Buy in of 10 Hand release push ups & 10 25m sprints
Cooldown: on your own: 10 minutes walk with my huskey
Athlete's Notes: I tried the 10 sets of 25m sprints...who's the chaotic masacistic person who thought of this....Ouch!
