Athlete's Notes: | COVID19 at home in the garage with Luke. Did 10 OH lunges in place each arm. WAS SUPPOSED TO KEEP ONE DB IN THE RACK! Did not realize this until afterwards. Thought these were easy...next time. For the SP... R arm 10, 10, 8/2, 8/2. L arm 10, 10, 10, 7/3. Box step ups after. |
