Modifications at: 4rds and had to switch to 95lbs on the Thrusters after rd 2.
Athlete's Notes: Real happy w/ HSPU, I did them mostly in reps of 3 to 4 up from 0 a few months ago. I think I could have saved 4 or 5 minutes if I had chalk.
