Athlete's Notes: | with Mitz, walked the cash out. Mile buy in 8:50 attempted to do 8 and 7 reps each set alternating. Thrusters rounds 7, 8, 9 did set of 5 and a little extra on pullups, burpees as Mitz picked up my slack on lifting heavy things. |
