Athlete's Notes: | Took Cpt. Clark's advice and tried it with 25 reps. Much more of a sprint this way. Everything unbroken except K2E (15/10), WB (15/10), Burpees (sets of 5), and DUs (21/4 due to a miss). Used a 35 lb DB for KB and Andy's box for BEs. |
