20 Alternating Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches (55/35 lbs)
40/30 Push-Ups

Modifications at: Had to stop due to lower back tweak
Athlete's Notes: ASO at 6:30pm. A. All sets at 205. B. First round RX at 4:32. Stopped in 2nd round after about 12-13 DB snatches because I tweaked my lower back again. It had just started feeling better. Frustrating.
