Modifications at: | Not scaled on purpose. Only did 6 reps of 25 feet each time instead of 8. So I only did 150 feet of OHL and the HSW. Oh well, still tough. |
Athlete's Notes: | ASO at 7:45pm. OHL 25 feet per arm. Did the first 100 feet UB. Box Step Ups in sets of 10 with DB on shoulder. SHSPU 10, then 5s. HSW in 5 foot increments. |
