Athlete's Notes: | 9 days off showed up today! Wow this one almost killed me, had to walk about 50 meters on the first lap of the 800 meter run. 120 lb thrusters were ugly, no more than 3 at a time. 95 sets of 5 and 65 sets of 10. |
