Athlete's Notes: | With Tyler Cook at ASO Gym. Runs were unbroken. Ran 1:40 on the first. Ran 2:00 plus on the rest. We divided the box humps evenly and completed 10 at a time. We divided the WB evenly and TC did 15, I did 20 and he did 5. The splits worked out good. |
