Athlete's Notes: | At ACSO Gym by myself. Runs were 1:43, 2:03, 2:00 plus??, 2:00 plus??. Jump rope was broken on the first round do to one trip up. The other 3 rounds were unbroken. Burpees were unbroken, but not super fast. |
