Description: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
10 Box jumps, 24 inch box
10 Ring dips
Results: 9 rounds 5 reps
Workout scaled
Modifications at: Did ring push-ups in place of ring dips, not very good at them yet! And 55 lb KB is the heaviest we have at IPS.
Athlete's Notes: All unbroken till round 6, then the Push-ups were 5,5. Did 3 sets on top of the KB Handles as 5 of us were using 1 set of rings.
