Description: With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Athlete's Notes: Not a good idea after doing a heavy non-timed Fran and running a mile prior to. Thanks Eric.. Stopped at 11, probly had 13 in me but decided that was enough for the day.
