Athlete's Notes: | With Scott and Danny Q. Took 2 penalties along the way. Lost about a minute when we forgot we had to row again. This was my second WOD. Did 130 Wallballs in the first WOD. Pretty terrible due to the wallballs. Not a wise idea! |
