Athlete's Notes: | At ACSO by myself. I was working and had to answer a 1:15 phone call after the first round. Not sure if this helped me or hurt me. I know it would not be a total of 1:15 off my time. So I did nothing and just included it in my time. All the run were unbroken... after I started running. Walked about 20 yards before I started running on the last round. Air squats were steady: 24-24-12/12-12/12-12/12. Push-ups were broken 15/9-15/9-15/9-15/9-15/9. Lunges were steady24-24-12/12-12/12-12/12. All the rest times were very short, 10 seconds or less. It was a good day! |
