Athlete's Notes: | holy c#@p on a cracker. I will not lie most of you would not count my pushups as reps after first set. I was able to string together my pull ups fairly well sets of ten with a couple of exceptions where it was 8/2 adn 7/3. Had to go to grips after set and a half (60), rest with versa grips after i tore up my hands. Really fatigued today and i should not be after a rest day, but it is what it is. First round 12:23, second 27:27(14:04), third round 43:48(16:21) and 59:46(15:58) |
