Athlete's Notes: | Home around 2pm. Modified today's Invictus WOD to make it 20 minutes instead of 30...but no rest. First 800 was atound 3:40, then 7 rounds + 15 reps. Second 800 was 4:22, then 1 round + 13 reps. DB Clusters were awful. |
