Modifications at: | Had to use 45# KB due to number of people working. Also scaled to jumping pull ups. Did the 25cal row on first two rounds, 200m run on 2nd two rounds. |
Cooldown: | Did pull up ladder/sit up ladder. Completed 8 pull up rounds(36 reps). Started sit up ladder on round 9. Completed 9-16 rounds of sit ups (100 reps). |
Athlete's Notes: | Improved my technique with kipping pull ups during the ladder portion. I was able to do several singles unbroken, but still don't have the timing mastered to do them continuously. |
