Modifications at: 70# (accidentally) and bar dips
Athlete's Notes: Shoulders and legs were sore afterwards, but a lot left in the tank. Could have probably gone up in weight. Also noticed afterwards that I had a 15# on the left side and a 10# on the right. Couldn't figure out why it felt strange during the workout.
