Modifications at: | Instead of double under, I did jumps to top pull up bar (so much harder than double unders). I also did jumping pull ups. |
Athlete's Notes: | Jumping to the top bar really took it out of me, making the rest of the workout terrible. Did alternating dumbbell snatches w/ 55# kettlebell. First workout with 55# KB. |
