Athlete's Notes: | Only did 125 lbs on the bench, bad shoulder but didnt bother me so I'll go up some next time. Stopped at 10 most sets. Pull-ups were sets of 12, maybe could have done a few more each set but lost the grip trying to do good Butterflys |
