Athlete's Notes: | Main Site, called for 50 lb used a 40lb at IPS. no GHD so did Abmat. Back ext. were made on dt mats and heavy bag, worked pretty good. Fisrt round all unbroken, 2 and 3 50 meters at a time, situps unbroken back ext. 10,10,10. Good one kills your shoulders!! Right arm then Left arm after the situps each round.. |
