Athlete's Notes: | WOD Shop again, cant get to the main office due to IST. PP called for 135lb. heaviest thing at IPS was 2, 40 lb db's, pushups games style hand release and 21x double unders, thripled the reps and did singles, still not worth a shit at doubles. Short Sprint workout. PP unbroken, pushups thru round 4 then 7,7 and jump ropes in 20's. |
