Athlete's Notes: | Games regional WOD, had to run instead of the 20 cal. row, burpees jumping onto a step up, clean and jerk was was ground to overhead any way you can with 35lb dumbells, games called for 45lb, toes to bar was knees to chest on elavated dt mats and we doubled the reps, lunge walk with a 40lb dumbell then the 150 foot sprint, well a trot then. Pretty brutal even scaled. doesnt list feet on the page as the WOD was feet per Crossfit main page. |
