Athlete's Notes: | Getting very old, pulled a Hamstring muscle yesterday while warming up so the workout was out! Put this together today so I did something at least. hopefully nothing really bad on the leg. Crossfit is where its at.. dips were bench and push-ups games style. SDHP Kettlebell. |
