Athlete's Notes: | Pulled a hamy warming up if you can believe that one!! Frigging old age, so I did assisted band pull-ups and machine rope climbs while Terry did the workout. 4 sets of 20 on pullups and 4, 30 foot level 7 rope climbs. |
