Athlete's Notes: | This one is hard to record, no where to list the push-ups. You run a total of 15 minutes covering max distance on each 3:00 minute cycle. run 3 rest 3, run 3 rest 1 etc. for 5 cycles. Did 1.6 miles a month ago, got a PR for me of 2.2 miles this time. added the push ups during the rest periods again. chest to ground 15 each rest period for a total of 75. very hot day for running as well at 11:20 am |
