Athlete's Notes: | Pushups regular chest to floor broken 30,20-situps unbroken on my new abmat, air sguats overhead with PVC pipe 35-15 and SDHP instead of back extensions, no machine at IPS. Done with a 40 pound Kettlebell broken 25-25. arms blew up towards the end and elbows started dropping. |
