Athlete's Notes: | Had to do front squats being I still cant keep the bar up and back yet, keep trying although. Had to break the squats on round 2 and 3, 10-5, 5-4. Doesnt look like much but takes it out of you. First workout since last week, got a stomach bug and been out of action since last Friday. |
