Athlete's Notes: Called Sgt. Major but did the wrong exercise, called for Kettle bell Swings and we screwed up and did thrusters! Did 75lb. instead of 95lb due to yesterdays workout, traps and legs are killing me. Did Crossfit games burpees over the 9 1/2 bar. every set of thrusters were broken, burpees slow but unbroken. Should have taken the day off.
