Athlete's Notes: | WOD Shop Workout, first set of Squats are Squat Jumps, Reverse Lunges,Split Squats alternating legs,then Air Squats, 400 m run, Dips were on elavated DT Mats. Legs blow up during first run and all the squats. Quick, but a good little Chipper. Should have went heavier on both weighted movements. |
