Modifications at: Scaled from 185 to 155. HSPU's facing wall. Two ab mats.
Athlete's Notes: Used 12" stool to adjust overhead height with rings Getting closer on weight used 155/185. HSPU's still facing wall. Don't quite have the confidence to go over the top. Need to work my core harder to maintain that balance.
