Athlete's Notes: | Added 200m to the usual 400 at ASO. Ran around the 2nd median in the front parking lot. Used 50lb KB for PUs and 55lb DBs for lunges and thrusters. PUs were 3/3/3/2. Lunges were 11 for the first 2-3 rounds, then 6/5. Thrusters were 6/5. If this wasn't a hero WOD, I would have skipped it. RIP Strange. John 6:37 |
