Athlete's Notes: | The deadlifts felt like, well, 275 lb. Those took me 4:54. KB swings were unbroken. I started the overhead squats with 115, but it would have literally injured me not to scale those down. The burpees were strict and 10-5-5. Pullups were 10-5-5. Box jumps unbroken. Just when I thought I had beaten this workout, there came the DB squat cleans. They were so rough I considered scaling them but stayed with it. Those took over 5:00. Disappointed I had to scale this. |
