Description: | With a partner, complete the following for time, splitting the reps as needed: 1000 meter row 90 Double-unders 80 Med ball sit-ups, 20# 70 Kettlebell Swings, 55# 60 Push-ups 50 wall balls, 20# 40 pull-ups 30 box jumps, 24" 20 burpees 800 meter run *Complete one 800m run (split as needed) then move back up the ladder finishing with another 1000m row. |
