Athlete's Notes: | Home. Right after the KBS a neighbor stopped to talk so I stopped the clock for about 3-4 minutes. Started on PP after that. Probably would have been a slower time without that break. KBS 45/15/10. PP 15 X 4. PU 10 X 5. FS 20/10/10. MB run was slow. |
