Athlete's Notes: | 1:33, 1:31, 1:30, 1:45, 1:36, 2:05, 137, 1:37. Had cramping issue under right rib cage gotta work on breathing. If I eliminated the two slow times I would have been happy. Subtract rest time was two miles at 13:29. I will still take that. |
