Athlete's Notes: | Kept good consistent pace on all of the runs, went slow on OVHD Squats focusing on form to go unbroken. Second workout kept good pace on row completing in about 2:30, broke WB up into 4 sets of 10, GHD sit ups were broken up in 20 and 10, Push Press was broken up in 10 and 10, Toe to Bar was unbroken. Kept breaks short and minimal to keep quick pace. Overall good workouts. |
