Athlete's Notes: | Worked out with Josh Crews and Taylor Redding. Started first round run at to fast of a pace trying to pass Crews. Slowed run pace down last 4 round to not gas out. Did first round of KB swings unbroken then later broke them down 20 and 10, broke all push ups down 10 and 10. Probably could have shaved about 10-20 seconds off time if slowed pace down on first run preventing gassing on the other runs. |
