10 Overhead Squats 95lbs
Farmers Carry the two 25lb plates at 40yds down sprint
30 yd torch carry 80lbs (bar plus one 35lb plate)
Carry bar back to sprint start (leave plate)
Sprint 50 yds and farmers carry the two 15lb plates back
Sprint 40 yds and farmers carry the two 25lb plates back
Sprint 30 yds and overhead walking lunge the one 35lb plate back.
