Modifications at: | Used 45lbs KB instead of 55. HSPU's done facing the wall. Just don't have the confidence to put my feet over the top. |
Athlete's Notes: | Doing well till pull ups. Sets of five pullups but kb's wore out my arms. Still not real hspu's but the closest I have done. Sets Of 5 for the most part facing the wall by walking my feet up. |
