Athlete's Notes: | WOD shop. Splits were 1:20, 1:22, 1:24, 1:26, 1:30, 1:32. First run was kind of a warmup. Could certainly beat that time if it was a single all-out sprint. It sucked running in 93 degree heat, however realistic it was. |
