Athlete's Notes: | Part A was completed at 135#. Ankle flexibility caused issues. Only dropped the bar one time on round 4 squat clean. Completed by myself at ACSO. K2Es sucked... I could not string more than 5 at a time due to tired grip from KB swings. All KBs and burpees were unbroken. |
