Athlete's Notes: | Completed 181 in 16.4. Took 4:00 minutes for dead lifts and a little over 2:00 minutes for wall balls. Got 55 calories in 53 pulls and had about 2:30 left on the clock when I got to Handstand push ups. Completed 8 unbroken, but the wheels fell off after that. Maybe try 6 next time then beak to 4s. |
