Athlete's Notes: | Apparently jumping rope is a perishable skill. I should've worn a helmet and mouth piece. After the debacle that was the first set I settled in and butchered the last 4 rounds. Sit ups were 30/20, 25/15, 30, 20, 10 but slow. |
