Athlete's Notes: | First time doing the box jump @ 24". What a difference. Second exercise was SSH. OH Squat was with PVC Pipe. I was able to do all of the sets unbroken EXCEPT the box jumps. There was alot of huffin' and puffin' between rounds though. |
