Athlete's Notes: Scaled CJ from 135# to 115#. First time doing them in a workout. By round 3 I thought I should have scaled more but made it through OK. Lots of 2s and 1s though. WBs were unbroken round 1, then 10/5, then 8/7 till the last round which was 5/5/5.
