Description: | The workout will be at least ten minutes. You will perform 2 front squats every minute on the minute, adding 10# every minute until failure. Continue as long as you are successful, even if you go beyond 10 minutes. If you fail prior to 10 minutes, remove 30# from the bar and stay at that weight for the remainder of the ten minutes. Athlete's Notes: | From the WOD shop. Completed 2 reps at 135, 145, 155, 165, then 1 rep at 175. Dropped to 145 for the remainder of the 10 minutes (5 rounds). This really challenged my injured knee, and the heel on my running shoes didn't help with the squats. Afterwards, did two laps around the gym carrying a 90# db in each hand. |
